Everything is good on advertising, so I bought Dell XPS 13 9370 as most of people did. Unfortunately, I suffered the adapter can not power the laptop, it is new and brand laptop, I can't believe it, but in the face of the truth, I have to admit. At first I thought it maybe the battery problem, so I bought a new replacement battery from online store, but after fixed the new battery, the problem still exists.So I asked the supplier of battery, the customer service patiently explained several situations to me, I tested and found it is the adapter problem, So I asked for a new adapter from Dell and update the BIOS, all things are good now. I have to return the replacement battery as my original battery is in good condition, no need to waste money.The battery service is very nice and give me local address to return then refund me all.
